Basically, 
this patient lost some of his shin bone.
In this innovative procedure, he underwent a surgery that removed 
some of his fat cells. The doctors placed the live fat cells in a lab that simulated the anatomy environment. After about six weeks, the doctors put the live cells back into the body for bone attachment. Over time, these cells will begin to grow the shin bone.
